Ambassador Health’s Corporate Office is located at 1240 North 19th Street in Nebraska City. Nebraska City is the home of Timothy and Sally Juilfs, the owners of our Company. As President, Tim Juilfs has negotiated all acquisitions, financing, and benefits for associates. The business goals have been formulated and implemented under Mr. Juilfs’ direction.

At the age of 21, Mr. Juilfs began his management career as an administrator for the Evangelical Good Samaritan Home in Ellis, Kansas. Since 1975, he has founded and gained ownership of many companies. Prior to 1995, 17 nursing facilities were owned in the four states of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. At that time, the Juilfs family made the decision to sell the smaller 14 facilities, keeping the three largest to expand. Their goal was to focus on the subacute industry. The management company, The Ambassador Group, Inc. currently renders its services to the following facilities.

• Ambassador Health of Omaha, a 156 bed facility which proudly includes a 32 bed pediatric unit and a 24 bed adult pulmonary special care unit.
• Ambassador Health of Lincoln, a 122 bed facility which also has a 14 bed pulmonary special care unit.
• Ambassador Health of Nebraska City includes 55 skilled beds, 22 assisted living apartments, and 22 independent living villas.
• Ambassador Health of Sidney includes 46 skilled beds in Sidney, Iowa.

Ambassador Health employs approximately 500 team members in full-time and part-time positions where personal and professional growth is encouraged.
