Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Unit: Pulmonary Unit
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time & PRN
Shift: Day Shift, Night Shift, and/or Weekends only availability (6:30AM-7:00PM or 6:30PM to 7:00AM)
Compensation: $26.00-$35.00 per hour; $7,500 Full-Time & $3,000 Part-Time Hire on Bonuses!
Work location: In Person at 1540 N. 72nd Street Omaha, NE 68114
Duties:
- Direct and monitor the day-to-day functions of the professional and nonprofessional staff with current rules, regulations, and guidelines
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required completing necessary paperwork per facility policy
- Complete and file required record keeping forms/charts upon the resident’s admission, transfer, and/or discharge
- Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians’ Order Form
- Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures to include chart checks
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska with IV Certification (required)
- CPR Certification (required/preferred)
Experience: 1+ years of nursing care
